My Approach in the Life Coaching Session:

5. Distraction Control: We identified his triggers for procrastination and created strategies, such as using apps to block social media during study hours.

Action Plan:

• Start each day with a to-do list prioritizing three critical tasks.
• Set a timer for 25 minutes of focused work (Pomodoro Technique) followed by a 5-minute break.
• Reflect on daily progress and adjust the plan if needed.
• Replace negative self-talk with empowering affirmations like, “I am capable of staying focused and achieving my goals.”

Outcome:
In just eight weeks, Arjun completed his MBA project well before the deadline and aced his campus interviews, securing a job at a top consulting firm. He continues to use the time management techniques and has become a productivity enthusiast, inspiring his peers.
